Returns Policy

At Nestology Living, we want you to love every piece you purchase. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receiving the item.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

• We do not accept returns on custom-made, made-to-order, or clearance items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return an Item:

1. Email our us at info@nestologyliving.com with your order number and reason for return as well as photos of the item. 

2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

• Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
