At Nestology Living, many of our products are made to order and produced overseas, specifically for each customer. As a result, delivery times and costs may differ from standard off-the-shelf items.

Processing & Production Times
Most of our furniture is made to order. Production times vary depending on the product, materials, and manufacturer.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Once production is complete, items are shipped from overseas suppliers to Spain or the EU.

Local In-House Delivery (Costa del Sol / Local Area)
For local deliveries, Nestology Living offers an in-house delivery service, subject to availability and location.
Local in-house delivery may include:

Delivery Method (Non-Local Orders)
For non-local or international deliveries, large furniture items are shipped using specialist freight or white-glove delivery services, depending on the destination and product.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery typically includes:

Curbside or ground-floor delivery
Assembly, installation, removal of packaging, or access via stairs or lifts are not included unless explicitly stated.
Access & Delivery Conditions
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Adequate access for delivery (doorways, lifts, staircases, corridors)

Accurate delivery and contact information
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or incorrect information, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
Risk & Ownership
In accordance with EU consumer law, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only upon successful delivery of the goods to the customer or a person designated by them.
Delays
Nestology Living is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers or freight forwarders

Customs clearance

Weather conditions or events beyond our control
Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to cancel or receive a refund for made-to-order items.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
