Nestology Living is a trading name of Robert Roland Naylor, self-employed professional (autónomo) registered in Málaga, Spain. Nestology Living operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Many of our products are made to order or sourced from third-party manufacturers, and minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are inherent to furniture production and do not constitute defects.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we confirm acceptance of your order and payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including errors in pricing, availability, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled, any payments received will be refunded.
Orders for custom, made-to-order, or special-order items may not be cancellable once production has begun, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, available on our website.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include delivery, customs duties, or taxes unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price shown at the time of order confirmation.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all billing information provided is accurate.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, logistics providers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.
In accordance with EU consumer law, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only upon delivery of the goods to you or a person designated by you.
SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from distance purchases within 14 days, except for goods that are:
